Simples!

On the classroom whiteboard, or even on a large piece of sugar paper, write three or four statements about what you are hoping the students to achieve during the lesson. Each student has a post-it note with their intials on it and during key parts of the lesson ask them to move their post-it under the statement which describes their learning the best.
